2.2 Licence Validation Data

When the Plugin is active on your WordPress site, it may send periodic requests to our licence validation server. These requests include your Licence Key and the URL of the site where the Plugin is installed. We use this data solely to verify licence validity and count activations against your tier limit.

2.3 Usage and Technical Data

We do not collect analytics or usage data from within the Plugin. We do not track your content, your site visitors, or your SEO settings.

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

• To fulfil your purchase and deliver your Licence Key (contractual necessity)

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy:

• Purchase and account data is retained for 7 years to comply with UK tax and accounting obligations.
• Licence validation logs are retained for a maximum of 12 months.
• Support correspondence is retained for 2 years after resolution.

When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted.
